The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, general liability, civil litigation, trial and appellate work.They are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Litigation Attorney to join their team and take on the exciting challenge of managing a substantial caseload. In this role you will handle cases with minimal supervision, have significant experience with the litigation process, handling discovery, motion practice and depositions. You will have the invaluable opportunity to work closely with seasoned senior attorneys, honing your legal skills and making a real impact.Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks including drafting legal documents, facilitating the discovery process, and conducting thorough legal research. While our approach occasionally leads to favorable settlements, we need a passionate individual who will fearlessly advocate for our clients' best interests. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of litigation experience.
