Electrical Engineer

*Job Title: Electrical Engineer* *Employment Type:* Full-Time *Work Authorization:* Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder *Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and production transition of electrical systems and test equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical design, test procedure development, validation testing, and creation of engineering drawings for assemblies and cable harnesses. *Key Responsibilities* * Design and develop electrical test equipment to support product validation and manufacturing activities. * Create detailed test procedures, test plans, and documentation for engineering and production testing. * Perform electrical and functional testing for engineering design validation and product qualification. * Support transition of products from engineering development into production. * Create and maintain electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and cable/harness drawings. * Analyze test results and prepare technical reports documenting findings and recommendations. * Troubleshoot electrical systems, test setups, and hardware issues during development and production phases. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and project management. * Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, testing, or product validation. * Experience designing electrical test equipment and test fixtures. * Proficiency in developing and executing test procedures. * Experience creating electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and cable harness drawings. * Knowledge of measurement and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition systems. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and transition to production. * Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar tools. * Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial, or manufacturing environments. * Understanding relevant electrical standards and regulatory requirements. *Work Authorization Requirement* * *Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.* * Ability to work on projects requiring U.S. work authorization and compliance with applicable regulations. *Experience Level:* Mid-Level to Senior-Level (3-10 years) *Education:* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
