Network TPM

We’re looking for a Network TPM who brings a strong mix of networking expertise, data analytics (Tableau/Power BI), and program management skills to drive large-scale infrastructure operations across global environments.🔍 What You’ll DoOwn strategic operations and governance for IT/network infrastructure across global contract manufacturer (CM) sitesDrive standardization and scalable frameworks to enable consistent and repeatable deploymentsBuild and manage operational processes (incident management, change governance, escalation paths, runbooks)Create data-driven dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) using telemetry/log data to monitor site health, latency, outages, and risksPartner with engineering teams to enable automated network deployments (templating, IaC, validation)Ensure audit-ready governance, maintaining documentation, metrics, and operational reviews🛠️ Key Skills & Experience5+ years in technical program management, strategic operations, or infrastructure deliveryStrong networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCPExperience with data modeling & visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, ELK, Grafana, ThousandEyes, etc.)Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsAbility to translate technical data into actionable insights (dashboards, scorecards, heatmaps)
