Graphics Operator, Night Shift

Job Description JOB DETAILSJob Title: Night Shift Graphics OperatorCompany: Trifecta MedicalA Graphics Operator is responsible for operating the equipment used for laser etching and silk-screening purposes. Operator is responsible for etching/silk screening the correct designs and identification in the proper locations and sizes based on prints/drawings provided.Job Duties and Responsibilities (Laser Etch):Build appropriate fixtures required for productProgram laser with appropriate designLoad the material on fixtures, pull designs from the files, and keep the piece of equipment running smoothly.Make machines adjustments, and check dimensions, and design requirements of product to print.Submission of 1st articles for each new job.Complete documentation legibly and accuratelyReport all production in ERP system.Manage the operation of all production equipment in responsible areas with minor trouble-shooting ability to guarantee quality output.Utilize the appropriate measurement equipment on the product and report any quality issues to the Production Supervisor. (Calipers, pin gauges, and other calibrated measuring equipment)Job Duties and Responsibilities (Silk Screen):Perform silk screen functions in accordance with company policiesIdentify and set up standard methods of performing silk screen dutiesProvide support to product in process (WIP) as neededStandardize techniques to provide consistency on verifying product meets prints and expectationsDevelop work instructions as needed to standardize silk screen processesSelf-monitor work and progress to identify and set up needs for scheduling and completing productWork cohesively with team members with problem solving and acceptance criteriaMust be able to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.On the job training will be providedMust take pride in quality and workmanship!Effectively work within a team environmentFlexibility to perform other tasks as neededOther duties as needed or assignedRequirements: It is the duty of Trifecta to determine the viability of the candidate through various means including by not limited to prior professional experience, higher education, certification, interview, and professional recommendation, etc.Company Description Manufacturer of custom sterilization cases and trays for orthopedic surgeries.
