Requirements Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only) Active WI or Compact RN License Valid Driver’s License OASIS certification preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years Home Health RN experience Prior travel experience required Charting: OASIS required EPIC preferred Unit / Clinical Expectations OASIS admissions & all time‑point documentation Episode management, provider communication, and care coordination Timely EMR documentation Clinical competence in: wound care, IV therapy, ports, lab draws, chronic disease management Seeking strong candidates who demonstrate: Excellent time management Resilience and adaptability Dependability and accountability Strong interpersonal skills Compassion and a positive attitude Float Expectations Possible limited float to Medford, Antigo, and Wisconsin Rapids , though the greatest need is in Wausau .
