Connect, collaborate and increase productivity with back of house leadership.  Primary responsibilities Maintain the integrity of workplace and team culture Influence team productivity while committing to guest experience excellence    Direct all hiring and training for the front of house team Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff Work with Operations on executing and forecasting budgets Facilitate a weekly leadership meeting with a focus on people development and business growth. Salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 per year plus benefits Opportunities for advancement 15 days paid annual leave inclusive of annual salary. Annual leave is accrued pro rata and can be compensated after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
