We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Porter | Wellness Attendant to join our team at Continuum. The Porter | Wellness Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall smooth operation of the club. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our members. Description Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the club, including fitness facilities, spa areas, and common areas. Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities. Member Assistance: Greet members and guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or requests. Provide towels, water, and other amenities to members as needed. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and availability of locker rooms and showers. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment for members and staff by following safety procedures and protocols. Monitor access to the club and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed entry. Report any safety or security concerns to management immediately. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for members. Assist in organizing and implementing club events and activities.
