Bilingual Outreach And Scheduling Assistant We are looking for a skilled and organized Bilingual Outreach and Scheduling Assistant proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. This role involves conducting outreach, managing schedules, inputting information into our systems, and providing translation services during appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of proficiency in both languages, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outreach activities to potential clients or stakeholders in Mandarin and CantoneseSchedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and eventsInput and maintain accurate information in our database systemsProvide real-time translation services during appointments and meetingsManage incoming and outgoing communications in both Mandarin and CantoneseCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operationsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAssist with other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, with experience in outreach and schedulingFluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systemsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressurePreferred Skills:Experience in a bilingual or multicultural work environmentKnowledge of additional languages is a plusFamiliarity with translation tools and softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracy
