Assistant Store Manager (Finish Line in Macy's)

Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, sales management, and employee supervision to ensure the store meets and exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities - Assist in managing store staff, including training development and supervision - Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation - Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels - Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and feedback - Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily sales and operations of the store Qualifications - Previous experience in retail and customer service preferred - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively - Ability to supervise and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets - Multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of store operations and inventory management - High school diploma or equivalent; higher education beyond high school is a plus!
