This role is critical to ensuring our products meet both visual and performance standards.Position Details Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM $5/hour shift premium for 2nd shiftIf you take pride in your work, understand coatings, and want a stable, hands-on role—this is a great opportunity.What You’ll Do Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, inspection) Set up and operate spray equipment and coating systems Apply industrial coatings to meet quality and finish standards Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines Ensure proper handling and storage of paints and materials Keep your work area clean, safe, and organizedWhat We’re Looking For Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing painting Strong understanding of coating application methods and equipment Attention to detail and pride in finish quality Ability to work independently and manage workflow Basic math and measuring skillsWhy Wagner? $5/hour shift premium (2nd shift) 4-day workweek (long weekends!)
