Overview In this Staff Backend Engineer role, you turn ML models into reliable, scalable production systems within the CVO tribe. You bridge Data Science and Backend Engineering to serve ML models at scale, shaping architecture and standards across squads. You design and own end-to-end infrastructure for live model serving, emphasizing performance, observability, and maintainability. You collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers to raise the technical bar and drive cross-tribe initiatives.
