This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with an outgoing, ambitious and self-motivated personality.What You'll Do Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutionsProactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospectingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experienceBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional serviceConduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clientsAssist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as neededManage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targetsNegotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new businessCross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account valueMonitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantageOther duties as assigned What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience requiredDemonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phoneProven strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills Excellent customer service and project management skillsAbility to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product lineAttention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysisWhat Will Put You Ahead5+ years of business development experience Experience with high volume (cold calling) Financial background Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environmentHigh-energy with a goal-driven and adaptable personalityBilingual skills with fluency in Spanish, Russian, Serbian or Portuguese and English are a must (must be able to speak, read and write both languages)Apply Today!We're so excited to connect with you!
