Juvenile Development Center RN- Butner, NCA correctional healthcare program in North Carolina is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to provide both routine and emergency medical care within a secure juvenile correctional environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and comfort practicing in a setting with unique operational and safety considerations.Position OverviewThe Correctional RN works closely with healthcare staff, correctional officers, and administrative personnel to support the well - being of individuals in custody. The nurse provides direct patient care, responds to urgent medical needs, and adapts clinical practice to the limitations and requirements of a correctional facility.
