NY State Summer Camp Permits Coordinator
A company is looking for a NYC Summer Camp Permits Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full permit application cycle for approximately 8 individual summer camp locations
Prepare and submit required NYC DOH forms and documentation
Track submission statuses, inspection schedules, and communication with DOH representatives
Qualifications:
Experience managing deadlines and document-heavy processes
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and communication tools like Slack or Monday.com
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Interest in education, operations, or summer camp management a plus
