Housekeeping-full time

Housekeeper / Part-Time Hours: Flexible - to be determined after the interview Days: Monday through Friday Duties: Changing bed linens, clean rooms & bathrooms & collect garbage and towels. Housekeeper Overview: The Housekeeper will clean assigned areas, with the greatest concentration on resident rooms. Housekeeper Responsibilities: Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily, as defined in the RESPONSIBILITIES assistance plan. Clean common areas as scheduled. Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary. Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly. Ensure that bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed. Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed. Do laundry for residents, if needed. Report concerns or observations about residents to REPORT TO. Ensure a safe living environment. Wash windows and window sills in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed. Assist with exterior window washing twice a year. Maintain and ensure that there is an adequate amount of clean linen at all times Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident. Assist in serving meals, if needed. Carry out other duties as assigned. Maintain an adequate amount of supplies to complete job responsibilities. Inform REPORT TO if supplies are needed. Return all supplies to proper storage area upon completion. Housekeeper Qualifications: Willingness to learn and work Enjoyment in working with older adults Demonstrated housekeeping ability in own home EOE/M/F/V
