OverviewFirst Steps Developmental Services is a new center-based early intervention ABA program opening in Woburn, MA. We specialize in helping children ages 2–6 build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.We’re looking for energetic and caring Registered Behavior Technicians in a part-time capacity to join our growing team!What You’ll DoProvide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children under 6 years in a fun, supportive environment and across center, school and home settings.Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBAUse play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skillsCollect and record accurate session dataReceive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive Pay: $25–$30/hour (DOE & credentials)Training Provided: On-going training and support for the best services for our clients and families.Supportive Environment: Small caseloads, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and ongoing supervisionGrowth Opportunities: All candidates will have the opportunity to grow their career at First Steps.Master Program Access: First Steps works in conjunction with Regis College and Northeastern University to mentor and support the next generation of BCBAs.Who We’re Looking ForPassion for working with children and making a lasting differenceHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred)Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistentlyAbility to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active playMust pass a background checkSchedule:Monday–Friday, flexible start/end times between 7:30am–6:00pmNo nights or weekendsHow to Apply:If you are caring, motivated, and ready to help children succeed, we’d love to meet you!
