The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences for new employees within a dynamic shared services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage payroll accurately and timely for multiple business units within a shared services framework.Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain employee records related to payroll and onboarding in HRIS and payroll systems.Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and onboarding issues.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.Assist in the continuous improvement of payroll and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and onboarding procedures.QualificationsProven experience as a Payroll & Onboarding Specialist, preferably within a shared services environment.Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and onboarding best practices.Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company matching, generous paid time off, and an opportunity to build a career.
