Youth Magic Arts Program Instructor

https://athenacoding.com/ Athena Coding is a premier after-school STEAM enrichment company looking for instructors to teach kids creative and engaging magic classes! Our classes are one hour a day, 1-2 times a week for seven weeks. As an creative enrichment instructor, you'll guide and teach students ages 6-12 in engaging creative magic classes after-school. Students will learn hands-on magic tricks and illusions with simple everyday materials. All lesson plans and materials needed will be provided. We have other after-school programs such in the area. Responsibilities: Manage a classroom of 10-15 children while making sure they're safe, secure, and having a ton of fun. Deliver engaging hands-on lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials for your chosen program. Teach your preferred subject in a fun, exploratory way- no background needed and no need to be an expert! We're looking for someone with: An upbeat, empathetic, and energetic character. A passion for working with children in a learning setting. Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or working with youth is a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
