Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking IT technical assistance and support.
Provide IT technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade hardware/software related to user desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Respond to queries in person, remotely via email, phone, or other remote access tools.
Manage requests via IT service desk software, including tracking, follow-up, and closure of incidents.
Escalate unresolved issues/requests to the next level of IT support personnel to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain inventory of IT infrastructure assets (hardware and software).
Participate in 24/7 on-call support for system availability, troubleshooting, and maintenance requirements.
Work independently and in a team to manage full scope of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ensure compliance with Group IT security standards and other requirements.
Coordinate IT-related matters regarding onboarding and offboarding employees.
Identify and suggest possible improvements in related IT procedures.
Participate in other IT-related projects, locally and overseas, in coordination with IT Lead.
Create and maintain relevant IT documentation/procedures.

IT Support Experience: Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a network technician role.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with network switches (HP, Aruba, Cisco), wireless controllers, MS Windows Servers OS (Active Directory, Terminal Servers, Print Server, File Server, Database, Licensing, SCCM), MS SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with Tablets, Laptops, Desktops, Thin Clients, Barcode Scanner, Barcode printers, Fax, and Centralized Printers/Scanners.
Familiarity with VMWare, NComputing, Office 365, MS SQL Database, Mobile Device Management System (Intune), RingCentral, and other IT Administrative Tools.
Experience with SCADA/IFIX/FactoryTalk and other Production IT systems.
Knowledge of network video monitoring system.
Familiarity with network scripting and database query is advantageous.
Support of Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse, and ERP Systems is advantageous.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Network/IT Support technician or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications and licenses preferred, such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year
