The RN will deliver high-quality care to both adult and pediatric patients, performing rapid assessments and ensuring timely treatment in a dynamic emergency environment.The ideal candidate is a strong clinical professional who can work efficiently under pressure and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patientsPerform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuityAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient careMonitor patient conditions and respond quickly to emergenciesAccurately document patient care in the electronic medical record systemMaintain patient safety and follow hospital policies and clinical best practicesRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license - New York StateBLS certificationMinimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospitalStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in Level I or Level II trauma centersExperience with EPIC electronic medical recordsExperience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patientsFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
