Land AgentRole DescriptionThis is a contract and remote position for a land agent working in Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Alabama. The land agent will conduct title research, contract negotiations, and handle curative requirements. Additionally, the land agent will need to have a proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications to manage landowner contact logs, status updates, and title reports. Some travel may be required.Required Qualifications:Experience in title examinations and research, both surface and mineral.Strong contract negotiation skills.Experience with mineral rights and working interest ownership within oil and gas operationsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervisionMember, AAPL and/or IRWA
