Commercial Finance ManagerMinnetonka, MN (Hybrid/Onsite)We're partnering with a growing, product-focused organization to identify a Commercial Finance Manager. This role will lead financial planning and performance for a business unit and act as a key partner to commercial and operational leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the confidence to influence decisions and drive results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full P&L for a business segment, including performance analysis and financial accountabilityLead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to align financial plans with operational goalsAnalyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions to improve financial performanceSupport pricing, promotions, and commercial initiatives with data-driven insightsProvide clear, actionable reporting on sales, margins, and key cost driversTrack and monitor KPIs to improve visibility, accountability, and resultsPartner cross-functionally on growth initiatives such as new products, market expansion, and key business decisionsConduct ROI analysis on investments and strategic initiativesContinuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilitiesEnsure compliance with financial policies and internal controlsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or commercial financeStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillsExperience with ERP systems, planning tools, and advanced Excel skillsAbility to translate financial data into business insights for non-finance stakeholdersProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive resultsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage competing prioritiesProfessional, collaborative approach with strong communication skillsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
