A well-established group located 50 miles from Redding, CA seeking highly motivated primary care physicians to join their healthcare team. The position is full time and permanent and you can choose to work 5x8s or 4x10s. They are offering great medical, dental and vision benefits, $50k in life insurance paid by the group, retirement match of up to 6%, PTO, CME allowance and time and flex spending accounts. They also offer a path to leadership as their current clinic directors are reaching retirement. Additionally, you can contract as a Hospitalist to earn more income. New grads are welcome to apply! There is no call schedule, supervision of 4 mid-levels required, and the EMR system they use is CPSI/Evident. Their base salary starts at $300k!Requirements: BC or BE in Internal or Family Medicine MD/DO required Current, unrestricted medical license for state of CA Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in primary care Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and other healthcare professionals.
