Position: Software DeveloperSalary: $65,000-80,000Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k match, ESOP Retirement Plan, PTO, etc.Location: Wyoming, MI (Hybrid)Job Overview: The Software Developer will be joining a growing development team to help build, upgrade, and support internal and customer-facing business applications, websites and in-house ERP system. The ideal candidate has experience building applications with C#/.NET, SQL, utilizing APIs, and working within a collaborative development team to enhance internal websites and their ERP system.Responsibilities of the Software Developer:Building new features, updates & integrations for both websites and ERP system and maintaining current applicationsDevelops programs or scripts according to specification and established coding standards and analyzes, reviews and tests for accuracy and optimal performance.Performs integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.Constructs various software components and validates completeness and quality.Analyzes and resolves program/script or system failures.Performs software system maintenance and support.Preferred Experience of the Software Developer:Strong experience with C#/.NET, Visual Basic, JSONExperience developing and consuming APIsExperience with WinFormsUnderstanding of layered architecture and modern software design principlesExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, creating & modifying SQL queriesExperience working and developing applications for ERP systemsExposure to Azure cloud servicesExperience using GitHubGood communication skillsInterest leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPTBonus Experience of the Software Developer:Experience creating SQL Stored ProceduresExperience with SSRS ReportsAzure DevOpsMobile Development with AndroidFamiliarity with Microsoft FabricExperience using AI tools such as ClaudeLI-NB5#INSEP2026
