Your strategic oversight and operational expertise will directly influence hospital growth, culture, and profitability.For More Details About Our Practice, Please Visithttps://www.bendanimalclinic.com/The OpportunityAs a Multi-Site Hospital Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for two veterinary practices, working closely with the Managing Veterinarian(s) and regional leadership. With the support of an Assistant Manager, you will ensure the efficient, compliant, and profitable operation of both hospitals.You will drive revenue growth, manage expenses, oversee staffing and scheduling strategies, and cultivate a culture rooted in compassionate care and exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and consistent on-site engagement at both locations.Regular in-person attendance at both practices is a fundamental requirement of this position.ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of P&L performance across two hospital locationsCollaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast operational needsOversee accounts receivable and financial reportingManage inventory, purchasing, and administrative/facility expensesOversee payroll and labor management across both sitesDevelop hospital schedules in partnership with the Assistant Manager and clinical leadershipDrive operational consistency and best practices across locationsChampion change initiatives and continuous improvement effortsLead and mentor hospital leadership teams, including the Assistant ManagerStrengthen workflows across client service, clinical operations, and administrationImplement technology and process improvements to increase efficiencyEstablish and nurture a positive, collaborative, and accountable cultureEnsure licensure compliance for all DVMsDeliver performance feedback and manage challenging conversations professionallyModel and reinforce the highest standards of client serviceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred3–5+ years of experience in a leadership or multi-unit management roleExperience in veterinary, healthcare, retail, or service-based industries strongly preferredProven success managing budgets, labor, and operational KPIsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational involvementBenefits$75,000 – $85,000 Annual SalaryAnnual Bonus OpportunityHealth Insurance BenefitsFree Mental Health Benefit Options401(k) with Company MatchCompetitive PTO PlanContinuing Education StipendsFair Work-Life Balance
