Cleared Escort with TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope PolySan Antonio, TXJoin IDS International’s Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments.Cleared Escorts support secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel within government environments and ensuring compliance with established security procedures. This role operates in a high-visibility setting with continuous interaction with customer and government stakeholders. Escorts are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, enforcing escort protocols, and representing the program professionally in a customer-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEscort and monitor uncleared personnel within secure facilitiesEnsure compliance with customer and government security proceduresMaintain constant awareness of escorted personnelCommunicate effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadershipRepresent the program professionally in a customer-facing roleRequired QualificationsClearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph requiredCitizenship: U.S. CitizenRequired Experience:Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environmentsAbility to ensure compliance with established security proceduresAbility to always maintain awareness of personnel and surroundingsAbility to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadershipAbility to work in a customer-facing environmentPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of timePosition may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirementsPreferred QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and dependableAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionTeam-first mindsetBasic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, tracking)Prior customer service experiencePrevious government or customer-site experienceConstruction or vendor oversight experienceExperience working in complex or fast-paced environmentsComfortable overseeing diverse teams and personalitiesWork Schedule & ConditionsStandard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0600–1430 or 0700–1530Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per weekOT Hours: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half)Flexibility Requirement: Must be available for occasional weekend 0700–1530 and overnight 2100–0500 shift supportCompensation & BenefitsRate: $ 43.00 per hourAdjusted hourly rates and daily per diem may be available for non-local and/or travel assignments.Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS.ApplyApply to learn more about this opportunity.
