As we continue to grow, we look forward to serving the needs of both existing and new customers with the same dedication that has defined MEITEC for decades.Role DescriptionMEITEC is looking to hire a BIM Coordinator to be based at one of our job sites in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.Primary Responsibilities3D and 2D Modeling & Design: Create detailed, accurate 3D models for Architecture, Structure and MEP components.Coordination & Clash Detection: Coordinate models between disciplines and use Navisworks or Revit to detect and resolve design clashes before construction.Documentation: Generate, update, and manage construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models.Standards Compliance: Follow company/project BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.Team Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines. Hold meetings and attend all coordination meetings. Minimum QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP), Navisworks, and CAD software.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and engineering principles.Attention to Detail: High accuracy in modeling and quality control.Communication: Effective communication skills for coordination and teamwork.Experience: Required 2–5 years of experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) drafting or modeling. Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical diploma (e.g., Drafting).As a full‑time, permanent employee, you will be eligible for MEITEC’s comprehensive benefits package, which include Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, and 401(k) with company matching.
