Job DetailsDescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for general support in coordinating temporary housing needs for the market.Essential Functions, Roles And ResponsibilitiesComplies with all quality, safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the positionBook hotel rooms/man camps for new hires and techs that are temporarily assigned to the market areaAssign apartments to rotational employees Furnish new apartments Get new linens for new hires o Inventory of everything in storage and apartmentsKeep storage clean and organizedMaintain spreadsheet of all inventory Conduct regular random inspections of apartments Inspect terminated employee’s apartmentsKeep detailed logs of all inspectionsCommunicate promptly for any payroll deductionsAssign, keep track of, and order parking passesMake new keys as necessaryCoordinate cleaning of apartmentsResponsible for all apartment mailboxes, contents, and keysMaintain open communication with complex representatives for lease renewals, new contracts, and damagesServe as point of contact for all apartment issuesOther duties, projects, reports as assigned by managementEDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: Office Administration certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None requiredJob Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesIntermediate Language Skills Mathematical Skills and Intermediate Reasoning AbilityStrong verbal and written skillsAbility to multi-task and maintain deadlinesAbility to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments including HQ and other branchesClean MVR for operating company vehicle during work hoursAbility to exercise privacy and respect for housed employees’ belongingsWillingness and ability to walk up 3 flights of stairs to view apartmentsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
