Parts Counter Sales Representative As a Parts Counter Sales representative at Starling Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling parts and accessories for vehicles. You will maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure that their needs are met by providing product knowledge and recommendations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the auto industry located in St. Cloud, Florida.Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also offer competitive salaries within the auto industry and opportunities for growth and development within the company.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehiclesProvide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customersMaintain a clean and organized parts departmentManage inventory and place orders as neededDocument all sales and customer interactions in the company's databaseFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concernsStay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trendsCollaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflowAdhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standardsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMust have at least 1 year dealership experience in the parts departmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service abilitiesKnowledge of automotive parts and accessoriesAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in computer skills and using a databaseStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving recordEEOC Statement: Starling Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
