Donut Baker
OverviewA baker is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The baker follows donut finishing procedures, which includes but is not limited to: product builds, application of icings, drizzles toppings, fillings, producing of carriers and insuring food safety and cleaning of all tools used to produce baker's job duties.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes and proceduresEnsure finishing equipment is setup properly and calibratedMonitor icing temperaturesStrict adherence to allergen handling and basketing proceduresMaintain and update finishing schedules to ensure order accuracyIdentify and escalate product quality issues as identifiedMeeting production goalsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and work areaMaintain a people focused culture in the bakeryCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersWork other positions as directed by supervisorKey Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeQuality focusedExcellent communication skillsHere's what's in it for you:Training and ongoing development opportunitiesCompetitive PayDiscounted mealsEmployee DiscountsHere's who we're looking for:Someone who comes to work with a positive attitudeA team player who excels in a fun, fast-paced environment while following brand standards as well as safety/sanitation standardsSomeone with a great attitude who has a desire to learn and is able take feedback from their supervisor and run with itShift:Evening shiftMust be available to work on weekendsMust have a source of reliable transportationReading, writing, basic math and verbal communications skills required
