Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. At least one year experience working with elderly population in acute, long-term care, or community-based setting, required Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
