After completion of the training program and successfully passing the audition, candidates will be eligible for Part time/Full time Table Games Dealer positions.JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish and endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and ValuesDeal one or more games in order to provide guests with courteous and accurate service and promotes an entertaining environment; maintain department standards of games productivityDemonstrate superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors at all timesMaintain an upbeat and positive attitude, create positive energy with gestures and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the nextPossess money-handling skills, count large sums of cash and exchange for table chipsPossess a thorough working knowledge of all casino games certified to dealDocumented strong knowledge of department policies and procedures including those pertaining to federal and regulatory laws and guidelinesAdhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical mannerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED requiredMust demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:Excellent oral communication skillsMust possess excellent customer relations and leadership skillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctlyAbility to talk to others to convey information effectivelyAttention to detailNeat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygieneINTERNAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:Must be in current position for at least 90 daysRecent performance rating of Strong Performer or above requiredNo Final Written WarningsNo more than 5 attendance pointMust successfully complete HR interviewPHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:Must be able to operate in stressful situationsMust be able to lift 30 pounds and carry 5 poundsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip itemsMust be able to respond to visual and aural cuesMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smokeMust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
