Do you love meeting people, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences?Lola's On The Water is looking for a polished, outgoing, and energetic Host / Ambassador to serve as the face of our restaurant. This role is much more than greeting guests and managing a wait list. We're looking for someone who can create a warm first impression, engage with guests, recognize regulars, and help create the vibrant atmosphere that keeps people coming back.If you have a passion for hospitality, a natural ability to connect with people, and enjoy being at the center of the action, we'd love to meet you.What you'll be doing• Welcome guests with a warm, energetic, and professional presence.• Manage the flow of seating while creating a memorable first impression.• Build relationships with regular guests and recognize returning customers.• Assist with reservations, wait lists, and guest inquiries.• Work closely with management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.• Help create a lively, positive atmosphere throughout the restaurant.• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.• Serve as an ambassador for the restaurant both inside the dining room and within the local community.What you bring to the table• Previous restaurant, hospitality, concierge, guest services, country club, yacht club, or customer-facing experience preferred.• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to remain polished and professional in a fast-paced environment.• Comfortable engaging with guests and making them feel welcome.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
