Job Title: Campus SecretaryReports to: PrincipalDept./School: Assigned CampusExemption Status: Non-Exempt / 212 daysDate Revised: 3/5/2025Salary calculations will be commensurate with job experience.Primary Purpose:Ensure efficient operation of school office and provide clerical services for campus administration as needed.Qualifications:Education/Certification:High school diploma or GEDSpecial Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Proficient keyboarding skillsEffective organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructionsAbility to operate multi-line phone systemAbility to use computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and word processingExperience:Clerical experience in office setting preferredMajor Responsibilities and Duties:1. Maintain daily attendance of students in E-School Plus.2. Greet and direct campus visitors. Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes through the RAPTOR System.3. Assist parents in checking students in and out of school.4. Enroll new students and help parents complete the enrollment paperwork.5. Maintain all demographic changes for students in E-School Plus.6. Withdrawal of students in E-School Plus.7. Maintain accurate spreadsheets or other documentation for transfer students and Statement of residency students.8. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries.9. Maintain school calendar of events of the campus web site.10. Receive incoming calls; take reliable messages and rout to appropriate staff.11. Maintain student records.12.Request new student records through T-REX system in a timely manner.Other12. Provide clerical assistance as needed including assisting with the scheduling of appointments.13. Compile, Maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required.14. Maintain confidentiality.15.
