Senior Vice President, Operations (Maintenance) – Residential Landscape ServicesLocation: Chicago, IL (must be based in Chicago or open to relocationWe're working with a PE-backed residential services group to appoint a Senior Vice President to lead roughly half of a high-growth maintenance division ($30-$50M) within a larger, market-leading landscape platform. This is a confidential search, and they are a true industry leader with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans.What you’ll be doingOwn P&L for $30-$50M of residential maintenance revenue within a larger maintenance business.Lead 6–10 direct reports (all General Managers) and oversee 3–4 branches in the Midwest.Drive organic growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence across a multi-branch network.Partner closely with a long-tenured, highly respected COO (20+ years with the company) and wider executive team.Play a key role in building scalable systems and structure within a sophisticated, PE-backed environment.What we’re looking forProven track record running a large, multi-site service business, ideally in landscaping, lawn care, or adjacent residential services.Experience at similar or greater scale (multi-tens of millions of revenue) with full P&L responsibility.Strong leadership of field-facing teams and GMs, with a hands-on, people-first approach.Comfortable operating in a PE-backed or high-growth environment, with a commercial, data-led mindset.Based in Chicago or genuinely open to relocating to Chicago (this is non-negotiable for the role).PackageBase salary in the region of 150,000–200,000 USD, plus bonus opportunity in the range of 50,000–75,000 USD.Relocation support available for the right candidate.If you’re an experienced multi-site leader in landscape or residential services and would consider a move to Chicago, I’d love to speak confidentially.Please send a message here on LinkedIn or email me directly to set up an initial conversation.zara.sandouk@seven-exec.com
