Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP) - Gastroenterology

We are tasked with staffing The Overton Brooks VA Healthcare System with Gastroenterology Physician Assistants and or Nurse Practitioners. The PAs/NPs is expected to do the following: Assess patient's needs and determine appropriate medications and/or treatments for medical conditions Maintain patient charts and documentation in accordance with all state and federal regulations Coordinate services with medical professionals regarding individual needs of patients Work alongside a Gastroenterologist for support Any other duties as assigned Requirements Current, full and unrestricted license to practice in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia. at least bachelor's degree in relevant fields Valid BLS at least 3 years of relevant experience Salary Description$98,000 - $130,000
