Organizational Change Manager

Role: Organizational Change Management (OCM) LeadJob Location: Remote with some travel to NJDuration: 12+ monthsVisa Type:- No OPT/CPT The ideal candidate must have deep experience supporting SAP OTC business processes, specifically within Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, and customer-facing operational workflows. We need someone who truly understands how Sales integrates into the OTC lifecycle — not just general ERP change management exposure.
