Job DescriptionManage and coordinate the production process to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Implement and monitor operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve departmental goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to improve production processes. Analyze production data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to meet production demands. Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure machinery and equipment are operating effectively. The Successful ApplicantA successful Production Manager should have: A strong background in engineering or manufacturing leadership. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop production teams effectively. Knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement. Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination.
