Global Client Engagement Manager

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Global Client Engagement Manager within our Global Client Engagement division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Thousand Oaks, California. In this role, you will responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client implementations across Corpay’s digital payments and FX solutions. This role sits at the center of execution, owning projects from initial solution design through to go live and into early lifecycle support.Operating within a cross regional and cross functional environment, this role requires strong commercial awareness, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate client requirements into scalable, workable solutions across various channels including API, file and platform.This position plays a critical role in enabling revenue generation and long-term client retention by ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with client expectations. Success in this role relies on proactive ownership, effective stakeholder management and the ability to navigate internal complexity without exposing this to the client. You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Engagement and regularly collaborate with the payments team.How We WorkAs a Global Client Engagement Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in our Thousand Oaks, California office Company-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Solution Design and DeliveryLeading solutioning discussions with clients, understanding their requirements, constraints and objectives to design appropriate payment and FX workflowsTranslating client needs into practical, scalable solutions leveraging Corpay’s technology suite including API, file and platform capabilitiesPartnering closely with other teams including Technical Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance to validate and refine proposed solutionsIdentifying risks, gaps or limitations early and provide clear, commercially sound alternativesEnd to End Project Ownership Owning delivery of client implementations from kick-off through to go-live and warranty supportDefining project scope, timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment across all stakeholdersDriving progress, manage dependencies and remove blockers to keep projects on trackMaintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams throughout; Keep clients confident, informed and moving forward at all timesTaking full accountability for outcomes, ensuring issues are resolved fully and efficientlyCross Functional Collaboration Building strong internal networks: Act as the central point of co-ordination across Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations and SupportNavigating internal processes and constraints, ensuring a seamless experience for the clientProviding structured feedback to Product based on client requirements and market demandContributing to prioritization discussions to support ongoing enhancement of Corpay’s solutionsClient Engagement and Advisory Building strong, credible relationships with clients and key stakeholdersActing as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practice and optimal use of Corpay’s capabilitiesDelivering platform demonstrations, training sessions and solution walkthroughsEnsuring clients are set up for long term success beyond initial implementationOperational ExcellenceManaging implementation documentation, ensuring accuracy and completenessOverseeing onboarding requirements and ensure all activities are compliantSupporting investigation and resolution of queries where requiredContributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools and documentationQualifications & Skills5+ yeas of proven experience in client relationship management, implementation or solutioning roles within payments or financial servicesStrong understanding of payments infrastructure including rails, connectivity and integration modelsExperience working with APIs, file-based integrations and digital platformsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with full ownership through to resolutionStrong analytical and problem-solving capability with a pragmatic, solutions focused approachBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $85,000 - $100,000 plus OTE.
