How you’ll contribute A Clinic LPN who excels in this role: Provides direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice Assists with patient assessments by collecting clinical data for RN review Performs plan-of-care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care Administers medications as permitted by scope of practice Documents patient care accurately and timely Assists the RN with development and implementation of patient care plans Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and ambulation Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and responses to interventions to the RN, provider, patient, and family Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients Schedules appointments and procedures as ordered by providers Obtains insurance authorizations for testing and scheduled procedures Why join us We believe investing in our employees is the foundation of excellent patient care.
