This position is with a high-volume warehouse operation and requires a hands-on leader with strong 3PL warehouse experience.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, firm but professional, and comfortable leading a fast-paced warehouse team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to give direct feedback, and the ability to manage daily operations with accuracy and accountability.OfferStarting pay of $30.00 per hourLong-term opportunity with an established warehouse operation!!ScheduleMonday through Friday - 6:00 AM to 5:00 PMMust be available to work Saturdays as neededJob DutiesOversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume 3PL environmentSupervise warehouse employees and ensure daily workflow is completed accurately and efficientlyManage export activity, including manual paperwork and documentationEnsure orders, paperwork, and warehouse processes are completed with strong attention to detailProvide coaching, feedback, and accountability to warehouse team membersMonitor productivity, accuracy, and safety throughout the shiftOperate or oversee forklift activity as neededMaintain a professional, organized, and productive warehouse environmentRequirements xaygatp Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experienceMust have experience in a 3PL warehouse environmentHigh-volume warehouse experience requiredForklift experience requiredStrong attention to detail, especially with paperwork and documentationAbility to lead employees, give direct feedback, and hold team members accountableMust be self-driven, dependable, professional, and safety-mindedStrong communication and problem-solving skills required
