Job Description Mechanic 2 - Weekend Nights - $30.97/hr-$34.53/hr + Shift DifferentialRipon, WI | OnsiteA stable and growing manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Mechanic 2 to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and manufacturing equipment during weekend night operations.This onsite opportunity offers $30.97/hr-$34.53/hr plus a $3.25/hr shift differential for weekend nights.Schedule:Friday, Saturday, Sunday4:00 PM - 4:00 AMResponsibilities:Repair and maintain manufacturing machinery and mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot motors, pumps, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systemsPerform welding and equipment repairs as neededConduct machine safety testing and preventative maintenanceRead blueprints, diagrams, and operation manualsCollect machine performance data and support downtime reduction effortsCreate and manage work orders within a CMMS systemSupport production equipment setup and operational readinessRequirements:4+ years of mechanical maintenance or machinery repair experienceExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsWelding experienceAbility to read blueprints and equipment diagramsCMMS and work order management experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial manufacturing environmentsPreferred:Associate degreeManufacturing maintenance backgroundProduction machinery experienceCompensation & Benefits:$30.97/hr-$34.53/hr pay rangeAdditional $3.25/hr shift differentialWeekend night schedule with full-time hoursPaid vacationTuition reimbursement401(k)Medical, dental, and vision coverageAnnual wage increasesStable manufacturing environment with long-term growth potentialApply today to be considered for this Mechanic 2 opportunity.
