The flats are spacious and furnished to a high specification with well equipped kitchens and a living/dining area. Each flat is equipped with a call point system so that support can be called for at the touch of a button.Our person-led approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people. Where required, our ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of Positive Behaviour Support is also in place. The primary aim of our PBS framework to improve our residents’ quality of life.What You'll Be WorkingYour hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.Part time hours18 hours per week Day shiftsWhat You'll Be DoingSupporting our clients with daily activitiesSupporting their care plans to establish routineEnsure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day carePersonal CareAdministrating medication (if required)What You'll HaveSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBSFlexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situationsWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
