Sales Representative
Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails while maintaining positive business relationships. If you are a results-driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!
What You will Be Doing:
Contacting prospective customers by both telephone and email
Market Research to develop warm leads
Attending networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads
Using product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
Up-selling additional products as need arises
Using database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials
Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
What You will Need:
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience
Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus
The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong listening and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong phone presence
Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
