Our client is a LMS Master Data Engineer who is highly skilled, versatile and detailed-oriented to support their LIMS global users. You will be part of a highly collaborative team which is passionate about finding both rapid and long-term solutions to ensure the best experience for their lab users and drive strategic results.This position is responsible for supporting the timely development of master data within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with accuracy and precision. This includes the ability to interface with multiple groups, the ability to independently perform tasks, interpret results, and troubleshoot. Additionally, when needed, this position will be able to assist with training and support LIMS questions during routine QC operations.Responsible for assisting with the creation/update of LIMS Master Data objects (specs, sampling plans, Lab Execution System (LES) worksheets and general user supportCommunicate with various QC departments to collect and review data for implementation into the LIMS systemUser support ticketing troubleshooting and resolutionCreate, own, edit, review and route documents for approval to meet compliance requirementsRecommend corrective actions and participate in the development of best practices.Work and communicate effectively within the team to ensure timelines are met.Review all data in accordance with applicable procedures and GxP requirements.Participate in training of analysts to LIMSSupport document revision, project, CAPA, and investigation/deviation related tasks.Communicate effectively with peers and management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs.Keys:Strong knowledge of GxP procesesLabvantage 8.7/8.9 experienceStrong communication (written and oral), stakeholder management and collaboration skillsStrong JIRA and Confluence experience for work item managementSKILLS:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in pharma/biotech4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment.Understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques, e.g. HPLC.Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirementsRequired experience with following systems: LIMS (Familiarity with LabVantage a plus), eQMS and document managementStrong customer-facing skillsStrong written, oral and presentation experience with the ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language
