Role Description This is a high-autonomy, hybrid/remote summer associate position for the Head of Strategic Partnerships. Operating directly alongside the Founder and Creative Director, the Summer Associate will own the business development engine of Après Corsa for our Summer 2026 season (June 8th – August 14th).This is not a passive internship; you will be responsible for actively hunting down and securing strategic brand partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and B2B wholesale accounts (such as car clubs, luxury automotive hubs, and premium cafes). You will lead the development of investor proposals and brand pitch decks, acting as the primary point of contact to drive revenue and high-velocity growth for the brand.Compensation & IncentivesThis is a non-salaried, high-incentive summer role designed for hungry self-starters. We offer an aggressive, direct 5% finder's fee / revenue-share commission on the total cash value of any corporate sponsorships, investments, or B2B client acquisitions you successfully source and close. Your financial upside is entirely dictated by your hustle. QualificationsElite Deal-Making & Hustle: Proven ability or raw talent for networking, negotiation, and closing business development deals.Flawless Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling pitch decks that tell a premium brand story.Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to independently research target partners, map out outreach strategies, and manage multiple pipeline leads simultaneously.Cultural Alignment: A deep passion for motorsport culture, automotive engineering, high-end design, and luxury streetwear markets.Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports/Motorsport Management, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in premium retail, activewear sales, or collegiate motorsport partnerships (such as Formula SAE/Formula Hybrid management) is a massive plus.
