Experienced Warehouse Lead

Do you have leadership skills? Come grow with us! *Must have EXPERIENCED Warehouse Lead* EQ Logistics provides warehousing, transport, and domestic/export packing services. We are currently searching for detail oriented and energetic experienced Warehouse Lead who will assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards. Essential Functions: Team Leadership: Directly supervise warehouse associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity. Operational Oversight: Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to optimize workflow. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products are processed accurately and meet quality standards. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on warehouse procedures and safety measures. Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues. Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Compensation is based on experience Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs as needed. Experienced forklift driver with a good safety record Must have the ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and turret truck. Experience working in a computerized environment would be a plus.
