REMOTE Project Manager (Creative / Marketing)
Our client, a globally-recognized university is currently looking for a part-time, FULLY-REMOTE Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives. This remote contract starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (10-15 hours per week) in an ongoing capacity.This role will serve as the operational backbone of the college's anniversary campaign, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake, through creative, and delivery while maintaining alignment with established processes, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced creative environments and has extensive experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, environmental, video, social, and event channels.The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working within established workflows and building new processes when none exist. They will partner closely with creative leadership, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and production partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage multiple concurrent projects from intake through final deliveryDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationsEstablish and maintain project documentation, status reporting, and communication plansIdentify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while proactively implementing solutionsUphold established Marketing & Communications project management processesCoordinate work across creative, marketing, communications, digital, social media, video, experiential, environmental, and production teamsEnsure deliverables remain aligned with campaign goals, audience needs, timelines, and brand standardsManage creative reviews, stakeholder approvals, and revisions throughout the project lifecycleOversee print production workflows through final deliveryManage production schedules, specifications, proofs, and quality assurance reviewsEnsure creative assets are developed according to production requirements and technical standardsMonitor schedules and vendor deliverables to ensure successful execution of print and environmental projectsServe as the primary point of contact for project status, timelines, deliverables, and dependenciesFacilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder presentationsProject Manager Requirements:7+ years of project management experience within a creative agency, in-house marketing department, university, or communications organizationExperience working with ClickUp or similar project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, etc.)Demonstrated experience managing large-scale integrated marketing campaignsStrong understanding of creative development processes and campaign executionExperience overseeing print production and working directly with production vendorsExceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to process excellenceStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilitiesUnderstanding of creative asset production, content workflows, and approval processes In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
