OMG Roofing Products is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of value-added components for the commercial roofing industry. The FastenMaster Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood-to-wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier.FastenMaster is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support the development of new and innovative ways to connect with our core audiences, professional contractors (PROs) and dealer partners, across both digital and physical marketing channels. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, PRO-driven manufacturing environment, working on real-world marketing initiatives that directly support product launches, dealer engagement, and contractor communication. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative skills and a willingness to explore new methods of outreach that improve how FastenMaster communicates its value in the field and at the counter.Position Responsibilities• Assist in developing marketing materials for PRO contractors and dealer networks, including:o Digital assets (social media graphics, email visuals, website content)o Print collateral (product sheets, signage, dealer-facing materials)• Support ongoing product launch initiatives by helping create promotional content for new FastenMaster solutions.• Collaborate with the marketing team to explore and implement new communication strategies across:o Social media platformso Email marketingo Dealer merchandisingo In-store displayso Field marketing support tools• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.• Provide general support for marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and event preparation (e.g., trade shows, sales meetings).Position Requirements• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.• Interest in B2B marketing and/or the building products or construction industry.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.Physical Requirements• Ability to operate a motor vehicle while maintaining focus on safe driving and avoiding all distractions when behind the wheel, especially cell phones.• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and occasionally lift/push/pull/carry up to 25 pounds.
