Pharmacy Technician Clinical Irvine, California, US Added - 02/04/2026 Pay Rate Low: 23 | Pay Rate High: 27 Our client is seeking a California-licensed Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations. Job Description: The technician will prepare, package, and compound IV and injectable medications - including hazardous and chemotherapy drugs - while ensuring full compliance with standards and institutional safety protocols. Pay: Up to $27/hr Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Location: Irvine, CA Key Duties: Prepare and compound IV and injectable medications Package and label medications accurately Handle chemotherapy and other hazardous drugs safely Follow USPandguidelines Work in a sterile/cleanroom environment using proper aseptic technique Wear required PPE (gown, gloves, mask, etc.) Support daily compounding (5-6 hours in sterile environment) Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Active California Pharmacy Technician License in good standing At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy technician experience (sterile compounding preferred) Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Post-secondary vocational training or foreign pharmacy school education accepted INDBH We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
